Hello Hydration

Our body is made up of 70% water and we need to ensure we replace water regularly to prevent dehydration. Studies have shown that when we are dehydrated we are less alert, less able to concentrate, more tired, moodier and less effective at physical activity. We should drink 2 litres of water a day. The good news is that tea can contribute towards your daily water intake.

A recent report by the British Dietetic Association concluded that caffeinated beverages like tea and coffee support hydration.
